Record along the line toward the radial artery and stimulate just lateral to the distal biceps tendon.

G1: along the line toward the radial artery

Place G1 on the lateral forearm, 10 cm distal to S1 on a line from the lateral antecubital fossa toward the radial pulse.

Place G2 3 cm distal to G1 along the same lateral-forearm line toward the radial wrist.

Stimulation site

Stimulation: just lateral to the distal biceps tendon

Stimulate in the lateral antecubital fossa immediately lateral to the distal biceps tendon.
