01Course and sensory territory
Distal lateral leg and most of the dorsal foot; the first web space is usually deep fibular.
02Motor supply
Fibularis longus and brevis.
03Localization clues
Eversion weakness with dorsal foot sensory changes; a distal cutaneous lesion may be sensory only.
04Combine the studies
Combine its SNAP with common fibular motor and evertor EMG, comparing the opposite side as needed.
